About
Rick Bernardi is a Law Clerk at Nichani Law Firm, where he provides litigation support to the business litigation team while preparing to sit for the California Bar.

Rick is a native of Silicon Valley, California, and a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. Before law school, Rick worked at his family’s Silicon Valley company, which supplied semiconductor manufacturing equipment to some of the most prominent semiconductor manufacturers in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

As a law student, Rick participated in an American Bar Association law school exchange program with the University of Niš Faculty of Law, in Niš, Serbia. More recently, before joining the business litigation team here at Nichani Law Firm, Rick lived and worked remotely for several years in Bangkok, Thailand.

Having studied, lived in, worked, and traveled throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, Rick has gained invaluable immersive cultural experiences and understanding of a variety of diverse perspectives, which he brings to the Silicon Valley business litigation practice at Nichani Law Firm.
