Suman joined Nichani Law Firm in August 2025, where she plays an integral role in providing both administrative and legal support to the team. In her position, she contributes to the drafting and management of correspondence, contracts and invoices, and delivers a high level of client service while supporting a broad range of legal and operational functions.

Prior to joining the firm, Suman built a strong foundation through a hospitality-focused academic background and a series of client-facing roles. She brings valuable experience from her time as a Leasing Consultant at Prometheus Real Estate, as well as her role as a Community Manager at Pacific Workplaces. In these positions, she supported multiple businesses—including several law firms—by coordinating contracts, addressing legal-related inquiries, and facilitating effective conflict resolution. These experiences have honed her ability to communicate clearly, manage sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion, and provide efficient, responsive support to attorneys and clients alike.
